Team work is the optimization of union. There is interdisciplinary integration in each IAG project:  structural engineers; electrical and thermo mechanic engineers; designers; cost analysts; legal advisors; image, communication and environment consultants; among others -teams that encourage new ideas. IAG builds programs that fulfill the needs of a latent market, taking into account the point of view of the user. Doing architecture means doing a great deal of things: research, create, develop, suggest, multiply, evolve. IAG manages to create a product that balances strategic and operative architecture.
